Do you need to retry an order payment? You can check the status of your shipments by entering the code found in the confirmation email we sent you at the time of purchase.

Orders under £30.00 - £2.49 plus VAT (£2.99) Orders £30 plus VAT (36.00) and over - FREE
We use Royal Mail for our standard services.

We do offer an Express Next Day Delivery Service (for deliveries Monday to Friday)
PLEASE NOTE THE ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BEFORE 11.30AM for this service.
Express Next Day - £8.00 plus VAT (£9.60)

• Return Conditions

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is valid within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

It is not possible to return:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized products
